NEW YEAR, NEW YOU!!
I know every year, I think what will I do different this year? The last few years after hitting 40 is always - more exercise! I have learned over the years what I like (boxing, yoga, kayakkng, anything outside!), and things I don't like - running, running, running:) I have never got that "runners high". I am sure you have something you're thinking about doing different this year - I hope it is to make yourself happier. Smiling more, laughing, dancing, enjoying the sun, walking, peace and quiet. Enjoy it all - and SMILE while your doing it. Raise you head a little higher - it's going to be a GREAT year!!
